Farm number 5470. The total size of 49,2932 hectares. Represents 650 metres of river frontage. It forms the base of the farm as the road ascends from the Umzimkhulu River bordering KuluCrete- neighbour to the left. It has a concrete structure which was formerly used for sand mining and processing.
The Sides
Farm number 6082. The total size of 104,9275 hectares. Represents 940 metres of river frontage. It houses the pump station which sends water up to the farm's highest point.
The Tops
Farm number 6910. The total size of 6,4699 hectares. It has the most plateaued/flat land and houses a dam, the main house structure and a borehole.
The sum of all three portions is 160, 6906 hectares, approximately 4.3 kilometres long, and 1.1 kilometres wide.
